Epsom Salt

Epsom salt baths are a wonderful way to find relaxation at home. Although you won't receive the buoyancy you will find in Float Tanks (or Sensory Deprivation Tanks), Epsom salt has been found to be extremely relaxing even in smaller quantities. Due to its high magnesium content, people report sensations of decreased muscle pain and stress levels after a soak in it. Especially in times of pain and stress, taking a warm Epsom salt bath is a great, cost-effective way to find some relief and relaxation.

Castor Oil as a Wellness Tool

Castor Oil is amazing for eyelash growth, hair growth, and even for decreasing pain and inflammation. Containing the only natural source of the fatty acid Ricinoleic Acid, castor oil is incredibly anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. It has been used for thousands of years in homeopathic and Eastern medicine to treat a wide variety of symptoms.
