Dr. Amy St. Clair, DC, LMP
My high school years were overshadowed by two devastating car accidents that left me battling debilitating pain, injuries, and relentless fatigue. My jaw, neck, back, hips, and brain were severely affected, forcing me to give up the activities I loved—sports, running and singing. Schoolwork became overwhelming, as concentrating felt impossible and my mind refused to function as it once had. For a year, I pursued various treatments, hoping for relief. At the end of a year's treatments, my doctor delivered a crushing verdict: I would never exceed 40% functioning and should not run or sing again. I was heartbroken.
Then, I met my mentor—the doctor who offered a glimmer of hope. When I asked if I would ever run again, he confidently replied, "Yes, in about three months." His belief in my recovery was a lifeline. At that time, a jaw surgeon recommended breaking my jaw and sewing it together to heal, instead, my mentor corrected my jaw without surgery and I no longer had headaches, clicking, popping or pain.
His treatment changed everything. Within three months, I was exercising again, my jaw was corrected, and for the first time in what felt like forever, clarity, focus, and mental sharpness became my new reality. I have been pain-free ever since. Eager to reclaim my strength, I trained for and completed a marathon, followed by a grueling three-day bike ride across three mountains. Driven by my own transformation, I enrolled in school to pursue a career in the Health & Wellness industry, determined to help others feel their best without unnecessary drugs or surgery.
That experience shaped my life's mission: to help others overcome their own challenges. I am passionate about empowering individuals to break through their barriers and achieve their goals. With the tools, expertise, and firsthand understanding I have gained, I am confident in my ability to tackle even the most complex cases and make a meaningful impact in people's lives.
